Surface Preparation

All metal surfaces must be cleaned to near-white condition equivalent to Steel Structures Painting Council Specification SSPC-SP-10 or Swedish Standard Sa 2½. Other surfaces must be clean, free of oil and dirt, release compounds and other foreign matter.

Mixing

Mix the black base with the white converter (hardener) one to one by volume or weight. Mix the two components until a uniform gray colour is obtained. Do not mix any more material than can be used within 30 minutes.

Application

Apply the mixed components by trowel or other type of spreading tool to the prepared surface. After curing hard, the surface can be sanded.
