Navimare EVRAN 140 Compound

Surface Preparation
All metal surfaces must be cleaned to near-white condition equivalent to SSPC-SP-10 or Swedish Standard Sa 2½. Other surfaces must be clean, free of oil and dirt, release compounds and other foreign matter.
Mixing
Mix the black base with white converter (hardener) one to one by volume or weight. Mix the two components until a uniform gray colour is obtained. Do not mix any more material than can be used in 30 minutes.
Application
Apply the mixed components by trowel, or other type of spreading tool, to the prepared surface. After curing hard, the surface can be sanded.
Packaging and Storage
5 Lt (A+B) in metal buckets, 2.5 L + 2.5 Lt kits. Can be stored for 12 months in its unopened original package, in a dry environment at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Product covers should be closed and protected from direct sunlight.
Health and Safety Recommendations
- Avoid skin and eye contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, mask, etc.
- Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed by thorough washing with lukewarm water and soap or a suitable industrial cleaner.
- Eyes should be flushed with fresh water and medical attention sought immediately.
- Spraying should be carried out under well-ventilated conditions. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapours and paint mist by wearing an air mask.
- This product contains flammable materials and should be kept away from sparks and open flames. Smoking in the area should not be permitted.
